By accessing or using xmorf ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

xmorf provides AI-powered image editing tools. You upload images, provide text prompts, and the Service generates edited versions using third-party AI models. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of images you upload. By using the Service, you grant xmorf a limited license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the editing service. We do not store your images beyond the duration of the editing session unless required for service operation.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or that violates any third party's intellectual property rights. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the Service.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Limitation of Liability

xmorf is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party AI providers (HuggingFace, OpenAI). Your use is also subject to their respective terms and usage policies.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
